I have my cousin Ashley to thank for my very first sip of Fireball Whisky. However, I feel like I had an unfair advantage because she warned me about the risks before I even tried it. I’ll pass her warning along to everyone else:
“That’s how I broke my leg.”
There, you’ve been warned.
While you can certainly drink this sweet, spicy whisky straight, I added a couple other things to make a cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Fireball Whiskey
- 2 oz. caramel apple liqueur or 1/2 oz. caramel syrup
- 3 oz. 100% apple juice
Caramel Apple Fireball Steps
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake, shake, shake
- Pour into your favorite cocktail glass, I like a martini glass for this!
- Enjoy!

Do you add ice to the shaker to serve this chilled, or is it supposed to be at room temperature? (Or could it be either way?)
Great question Janice! I wasn’t super clear in my description. I add ice to the cocktail shaker, shake, and strain the chilled cocktail into a glass!

Just whipped this lip licking treat up for my Mom and added a caramel swirl on the rim with the cinnamon sugar on the rim! Delightful hot and delicious! Absolutely will do this one again and again.
