I seem to be gravitating towards summer cocktails lately. I think it’s my subconscious crying about the can’t-get-past-50-degree weather we’ve still been seeing in Chicago. Whatever the reason, I can’t complain. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a light, refreshing drink.
Ingredients – Single Cocktail:
5 oz. Moscato
1 oz. triple sec
2 oz. cranberry juice
1 Tbsp. lime juice
Ice
Ingredients – Pitcher
750ml. bottle of Moscato or other sparkling wine
1-1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup triple sec
1/8 cup lime juice
Stir and pour over ice when ready to serve
You can change this cranberry moscato cocktail recipe up as much as you like. If you don’t want the alcohol, swap it out for a bottle of apple flavored sparkling water. If you’d like a little more cranberry, feel free to add more than suggested. Play around with it and make it your own!
ooo I want this, will you make this when I visit in June??! :)
YES! It’s so simple – we can whip up a whole pitcher and sit in the sun!
This looks so refreshing and delish! Can’t wait to try it once the Chicago weather warms up :)
Maybe I’ll make it for one of our book clubs! :)
