Yeah okay, so pumpkin stuff is a little crazy this time of year. But you know what, I really don’t care. I love pumpkin and I’m not scared to say it! For all my fellow pumpkin lovers out there, don’t be ashamed. This pumpkin smoothie is a great way to show all the pumpkin-haters that you embrace this fall favorite, no matter what!
Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pureed pumpkin
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup oats – optional
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. honey
Dump everything into the blender and blend until completely smooth. Easy peasy.
I popped mine into the freezer afterwards because I like it to be SUPER cold before slurping!
